Dismanta provides a platform for users to create customizable Discord bots through AI interactions. Our Service allows you to seamlessly build and deploy bots with various commands and functionalities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dismanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

9. Governing Law

These TOS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dismanta is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to the Terms

Dismanta reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after any modification of the TOS will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
